adrid based fashion photographer Ruben Vega has shot for magazines such as Spanish Vogue, Vanidad, and NEo2. Being aware of the world around him he finds inspiration almost everywhere, but he mentions music, films, the nature, and light to be major contributors to his inspiration. Right now Ruben is preparing for an exhibition of his personal work in Madrid, while doing fashion and celebrity projects for magazines. Besides that he’s trying to do as many model tests as possible, as he loves doing them.

I think Ruben’s work is great, and I tell ya, check out his portfolio, because what I give you is just a taste of it:

Fashion photographer Paul PJ Cheng just moved from Milan, and will soon be based in Shanghai. Paul finds the work of past photographers very inspiring, such as Erwin Blumfield’s work, but he often finds himself inspired by the work of photographers today, especially Ryan McGinley’s work. Further on he mentions Italian, French, and Japanese films to be very inspiring.

Paul has been working as a photographer on and off for about six years, and he has worked for clients such as Appendix, Glamour Paris, and Elle. Other than some photography classes i high school, Paul is pretty much self taught.

Personally, I love Paul’s work, and he only makes it better by being such a great guy. I wish him all the best, and truly believe he has a great future ahead of him.

Here’s a selection of some of his work:
